Kelly was nominated for her patience and empathy with clients as she talks with them and answers their questions.
Her co-workers also know her as a wonderful team player, often working ahead on the case managers’ contact list so that it stays up to date and clients are contacted as soon as possible.
After two years, the case management department is sending Kelly off to a new position in the firm. She recently passed the non-attorney rep test and will now be serving the firm as a review specialist.
